Amey's Wedding

Sunday, November 15, 2009

The girls loved the cotton candy. I liked the hot chocolate. Yum.
August, me and my grandparents.
Tempestt made this cake!!! How beautiful!
Amey and some cousins
Amey got married this last Thursday. She looked so pretty. Loved her dress. The reception was fun as well. I got to see some old friends from high school that I haven't seen in years. Sorry I didn't take many pictures this time. Well, I am now 10 weeks (starting my 10th week) and love knowing I'm pregnant- minus the migraines and being nauseous. I had a break from those symptoms though this week and it scared me for a bit. I thought it's a good thing to be sick, so you know the baby is healthy. Well, without any symptoms this last week, I really thought the worst for my little one. But all the symptoms hit me hard today. I guess it's normal to have symptoms come and go since your hormones are all over the place right now. Do you agree? I hope this is true. I have my next doctor's appointment this Friday so I hope all is well. Now if I can just get past the scary "11th" week mark, I won't worry so much.

Shootin and Pole Dancin

Sunday, November 8, 2009

Lately, every Thursday night the boys have been going to the shooting range to shoot some clay pigeons. They love it and it's a fun time for Nauni and I to relax and enjoy watching our boys be boys.
This is some random guy (one of my sister's friend's friend) that everyone thought it was "hilarious" how short I was compared to how tall he was. He was super tall!
Amey's bachlorette party was a blast! Here's us cousins posing on the party bus.

Amey didn't like the balloon guy too much at Tia Rosas. He was getting her hair caught up in the balloons...
I promise there was no alcohol involved. It was a good clean Mormon bus. :)
This is me upside down on the pole...not so sexy.
Kara had more of the good moves. I sucked...What a fun night!

Vegas Again

Wednesday, November 4, 2009

We went to Vegas again- this time with Aug's family. We stayed at the Mirage, ate a lot of good food, saw the Blue Man Group, The "O" again, saw the lions, tigers and dolphins, and went to a block party on the strip Halloween night. It was a blast. And now that most of you know...

WE GOT A VEGAS BABY! From our first trip- i know TMI. Sorry! But we are SOOOOOOO EXCITED! I'm about 8 weeks now. I am actually due the exact same day as Lara! June 14th- the doc thinks around the 17th. But either way, it will be a week before that since I'm already guaranteed a C-section. So it may just fall on or next to my b-day (June 5th!) I had a cyst rupture the other night which was a real scare! The doc confirmed that the baby "survived" it~ so scary...but I'm so thankful. Thanks to my Faith and August and my dad's Priesthood Blessing, I know this little one is a fighter!

Carving the Pumpkin

Wednesday, October 28, 2009

1. Take pic by the pumpkin patch of course.

2. Pick out the perfect pumpkin. Look! There it is Kels! Ha
3. Pack em all up and load em in the car.
4. Begin to carve your own creation- concentrate Brittney...concentrate.
5. Or be a bystander and watch everyone else get gooey. Eh hum...August... ha
6. Enjoy your finished creations :)
My pumpkin is Jack from Nightmare Before Christmas (by the way ;) )
7. Best part about the pumpkin carving night= FAMILY! I love mine! And that's how you do it. :)

Us Chandler Girls
Us Gilbert Girls
So- ya I promise this wasn't the same night, but I just realized I wore the same sweater both ladies' night outs. These past couple weeks have been so fun meeting up with old friends and just having a fun time talking about anything and everything. LOVE YOU ALL GIRLS! And thank you August for letting me go out with the girls whenever I want and leave you home alone to your X-box games. ;)

ANY GIRLS OUT THERE?

Thursday, October 15, 2009

If you know of any girls Jason can date- let me know! :) He is a cutie and says there are no girls here...so let's find him one! I like how I'm the oldest- yet the shortest out of my brothers and sisters.

Happy Belated B-day DAD!

Monday, October 12, 2009

Happy b-day dad! I love you and love that we got to spend the night as a family and the delicious Toby Keith's I love this bar and grill. He even got a deep fried twinkie for dessert! Disgusting by the way...ha. Oh ya- and we all rode the mechanical bull. My poor dad pulled his groin the second it stared. My mom even got a huge bruise too! They must be getting old. Just kidding. Oh and I swear the singer on stage was the guy from the Bachlorette.! You know, the cowboy that was just on there to get his name out and sing his country songs to get famous! Lol- what a loser. He came down off stage and was singing right next to us, and we all didn't even notice he was standing there...we were all paying too much attention to the bull riding. ;) I had more videos to post, but to be honest, I am just way too impatient to wait for them to load. Enjoy my dad's groin pull...oh dad- I'm so sorry!
